Testify: verb. In the same way that to
ratify is to turn something into a rat and to
purify is to turn something into puree, to
testify is to turn something into testicles. Though many linguists are of the opinion that
testifying should mean turning something into a test, English never was a rational language, which is the only one-o'clock-in-the-morning-response the sad creators of this blog could come up with.
