Cashweel: noun.  The hipster name for an expensive car, yo. Cashweel is only used, like, in sentences that sound cool, like “Yo, like, I have a cashweel man!” Dude, the word came from ‘Merica, as every word does, because there is no other country in the whole world except for Mexico, where all of those illegal Mexicans, like, come from and Canada, where like, all the Canadians are. If you wanna sound cool, you gotta use the word cashweel, like, literally every minute.
